The accused, Tochukwu Obalum
According to reports from social media, the culprit, Tochukwu Obalum from Awato Nimo in Anambra state came to molest an old woman at an area named Amaenye Abagana before he was caught by the woman's children.
An angry mob conventionally subjected the accused to an act of jungle justice as he was stripped n*ked, beaten and photographed my residents.
