Kiss Daniel Announces New Winner For Woju Contest

Following the minor controversy that trailed the 'Woju' contest, Kiss Daniel has unveiled a new winner.

Little known Byno, who was earlier announced as winner, rejected the $3000 prize money for the competition, demanding a record contract - an offer Kiss Daniel's label, G-Worldwide Entertainment, were not ready to give.

Byno later took to the social media to claim that he hadn't been paid the money five months after emerging winner. The allegation was however debunked by the singer's manager, who revealed that the prize money was turned down.

Putting the matter to rest, Kiss Daniel unveiled a new winner by the name of Fifunmi and also handed him a cheque equivalent of $3000.

He shared the photo above on his Instagram with the caption:

"Congratulations to the winner of the #Wojucontest @fifunmi_cm // wining by 16,912 likes. Big thank you to all the contestants including my brother, Byno, he is still my favorite though. God bless Moving on".
