This video of a police officer assaulting two brothers and forcing them to slap each other has left many people in shock.

A shocking video has shown the cruel and wickedness exhibited by people who believe they have the power to oppress others.

A shameless police boss in Iraq has been caught red-handed assaulting two brothers and forcing them to repeatedly slap each other. The heartless act which surfaced online has received condemnation from people who want the officer sacked and imprisoned.

Many had wondered what would have warranted such utter humiliation being dished at the brothers by the same individuals expected to protect their lives. Some observed that there are other ways prescribed by law to punish crime offenders instead of such disgrace.
