Omg! Man Lands in Court After Doing this to His 18-year-old Girlfriend

 

A 30-year old man, Hammed Abubakar, on Monday appeared before an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for allegedly forcefully having sexual intercourse with his 18-year-old girlfriend.

 

The accused, whose address was not stated, is facing a two-count charge of forceful sexual intercourse and assault. The Prosecutor, Sgt. Kehinde Olatunde, told the court that the accused committed the offences on Dec. 12 at No. 8, Adeshina St., Ajangbadi, a suburb of Lagos.

 

Olatunde said that the accused had forced himself on one Damilola Obasa to have sexual intercourse with her.

 

He said that the victim sustained injuries on her head, right hand and vaginal during the act.

 

The offences contravened Sections 171 and 258 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

 

Abubakar, however, pleaded not guilty.

 

The Magistrate, Mrs Bola Folarin-Williams, granted the accused bail in the sum of N50, 000 with two sureties in like sum.

 

Folarin-Williams adjourned the case to Jan. 18 for mention.
