This is the woman who was found roaming the borders of Ogun state.

 

The woman is suspected to be mentally unstable, 

 

According to reports, the woman identified as Shiminenge Hon from vandeikya local government area of Benue state is currently in the house of one Elizabeth from Ilero, Yewa South, Ogun state.
