The Senator representing Kogi West senatorial district, Dino Melaye couldn't hide his happiness yesterday after receiving the Senator of the year award.

The Federal Capital Territory Minister, Mallam Muhammad Bello who was a guest of honour at an award ceremony yesterday presented controversial Nigerian lawmaker Dino Melaye the 'Senator of the year' award for the second time running for his input in lawmaking since he was elected into the house.
