A couple has been captured on camera driving home in a lorry after they were seen lounging on a couch on the lorry after their wedding ceremony.

A Nigerian couple have altered a usual wedding tradition after a video of them driving home in a lorry surfaced on social media.

In the video which emerged online, the groom and his bride were seen climbing into the lorry on a ladder as people gathered around to take photos and videos of the newlyweds.

The newlyweds were seen with their little bride and ring bearer lounging on a couch at the back of the lorry after they climbed into the lorry.

The new bride and groom posed and smiled for the camera. They were seen waving at the crowd as the lorry moved off.
