The list of items given to a prospective husband to buy in Akwa Ibom has been revealed on social media causing quite a stir.

This is the photo showing a list of items given to a man intending to marry his fiance in Akwa Ibom.

It is a popular tradition around Nigeria that any man wanting to marry a woman has to be given a list of things to buy and sometimes the list contains too any things which sometimes can cause the man can cry out for some help.

This time, a new "marriage list" has been revealed on social media and it is causing quite some stir.

A photo making the rounds on social media, showing the listed items, reveals that the marriage was supposed to be between one Miss Victoria Wilson Akpan and Elder Itohowo.

Apparently, Elder Itohowo is supposed to provide the items listed in the paper if he wants to get married to Victoria.

What caught the attention of social media users is the list of things Itohowo is supposed to buy. Many of them complained that the whole thing is too much for one person to bear.
