A video has shown the shocking moment a mere 19-year-old boy opened fire at a high school killing many people.

This is the video showing the shocking moment a gunman opened fire at a high school as terrified students ducked for cover in class.
 
Daily Star UK reports that at least 17 people have been killed in the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida.
 
Video captured by one brave student shows pupils hunkered down inside their classroom as gunfire can be heard around them.
 
Teenagers shout “holy s***” before the shots ring out through the room in the Snapchat clip.
 
It featured the capture "our f***ing school is getting shot up”.
 
Broward County Superintendent Robert Runcie said: "There are numerous fatalities. It is a horrific situation.”
 
At least a dozen gunshots are fired as students scream and shout “oh my god” during the incident just after 3pm local time.
 
Officials are still waiting to establish an official death toll – with news helicopters captured pictures of people undergoing treatment on the ground outside the school.
 
There have been reports of up to 20 people being injured in the rampage – with one arrest being made.
 
Cops have confirmed they arrested 19-year-old man Nikolaus Cruz who was a former student at the school.
 
Pictures show a man in a maroon shirt being arrested by police about a mile from the campus.
 
Other images appear to show him them being loaded into the back of an ambulance while restrained.
 
This latest incident is another in the US’s shocking battle with gun violence and mass shootings.
 
US President Donald Trump tweeted: "My prayers and condolences to the families of the victims of the terrible Florida shooting.

"No child, teacher or anyone else should ever feel unsafe in an American school."
