Alex Skeel, a 22-year-old man who was physically and mentally abused by his vile ex-girlfriend has revealed his years of torture at her hands.
According to Daily Star UK, Alex Skeel fought to hold back the tears as he recalled how former partner Jordan Worth, 22, carried out a series of attacks on him.
Over several years Worth, from Stewartby, Bedfordshire, stabbed, scalded with boiling water and isolated Alex from his pals and family.
The brave lad waived his right to anonymity to campaign against domestic abuse.
He told MailOnline: “I thought my limbs might have to be amputated. I had open burns. I lost three stone in weight.
“I went from 10 stone down to seven. It was awful. It was three years of mental abuse and then it turned physical.”
Worth previously banned Alex from their bed and took control over what clothes he could wear.
She also took over his Facebook account and cut off his contact to pals.
But Worth built a caring persona around herself, aspired to become a teacher and had raised money for kids Africa.
Luton Crown Court heard, however, that she menacingly controlled Alex’s life.
Worth was then jailed for seven-and-a-half years and was handed a restraining order that bans her from contacting Alex indefinitely.
