Sekem singer, MC Galaxy, was a recipient of Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Godswill Akpabio's magnanimity as the outgoing governor made a pledge of a brand new 2015 Toyota Prado SUV to the comedian-turned singer during his debut album launch on Saturday in Uyo.

Comedian turned singer, MC Galaxy, launched his debut album "Breakthrough" at the weekend in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital.

The event attracted the state Governor, Godswill Akpabio and the Governor-elect, Udom Emmanuel. At a point, during his electrifying performance, the governor was reported to have joined the singer on stage to do the popular 'Sekem' dance.

MC Galaxy, real names Innocent Udeme Udofot, who used the occasion of his album launch on home soil to perform one of his new songs "Iya Umiss", which he dedicated to the outgoing governor, got a pledge of a brand new 2015 Toyota Prado SUV from Mr. Akpabio.

In appreciation of the governor’s gesture, MC Galaxy immediately knelt before him to thank him.
