Netizens are yet to pardon Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State over his recent altercation with the irate students of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso who besieged his office in protest.

During a recent squabble with students of LAUTECH who stormed the governor's office at Secretariat, Agodi in protest against the lengthy closure of their higher institution for 8 months, All Progressives Congress chieftain, Governor Isiaka Abiola Ajimobi reiterated that he is a 'Constituted Authority' in the state despite his failure to pay salaries of state civil servants.

The phrase 'Constituted Authority' has become a joke on the internet just like President Muhammadu Buhari's 'Other Room' statement as memes are currently being designed to satirize the incident which later ended peaceful.

It would be recalled that Mr. Ajimobi was heavily berated in the Nigerian media space over his utterances to the students. The governor accused the students of showing lack of respect for his office.
