A power cable/transformer vandal has been made to 'see his ears with his eyes' after he was caught red-handed stealing armoured cables this morning, in Ilorin, Kwara State.
It was gathered that the thief was beaten mercilessly by locals to teach him the lesson of his life after his gang members left him behind and absconded.
