Nollywood Actor, Gideon Okeke Getting His Lips Stitched After Being Brutalized By Policemen In Lagos (Photos)

 

Popular Nollywood actor, Gideon Okeke, has been captured on camera in a pot made on Instagram as he was seen enduring pain as had his lips stitched after he was allegedly brutalized by Policemen and LASTMA officials in Lekki, Lagos.

 

According to the actor, his car collided with another car close to the Lekki Phase 1 roundabout, so he and the driver of the other car decided to move out of the road to clear the way for other road users.

 

Gideon revealed that while trying to get a place to park so as not to obstruct other road users, he asked the Police officers to help in moving some barricades so that they can have a place to park but the officers pounced on them and began to assault them.

 

 

He sustained injuries during the assault and so did the occupants of the other car. He later checked himself into a hospital to get stitched.

 

The actor posted the video clip at the hospital and wrote: "Good morning. Today, 10/12/18 , officially marks Day 1 of proceedings off of my travails with the men of the Nigerian Police force. I know you might have heard of the Police Witness Protection Program. At least in the movies. Now consider a “Victims’ Protection Program”.
