Residents of Port-Harcourt, Rivers state capital, have brutally killed a dog yesterday after alleging that it transformed from a human being.
Eyewitnesses claimed that a man turned into the big dog after alighting from his car at Garrison area in Port-Harcourt.
The dog was immediately caught, tied up and tortured to death before its corpse was dumped by the roadside.
The incident caused tension in the area.
Many people have however condemned those who killed the innocent dog, as they challenged them to bring evidence of the transformation.
