The two officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps who were kidnapped in Osun, have reportedly regained their freedom.

Two officers of Federal Road Safety Corps simply identified as Abioye and Bayegunni, abducted on Sunday by gunmen along Ilesha/Akure Expressway, had been released, Punch Metro reports.

The two men were abducted near Iwaraja, a town in Oriade Local Government Area of Osun State.

The two men, according to reliable sources were released late Tuesday evening.

A senior FRSC officer, who pleaded anonymity confirmed the release.
