State House sources informed pressmen that the President, who left Abuja after Juma'at prayers, would return on August 18.
President Muhammadu Buhari has departed Abuja for his country home in Daura, Katsina State.
The President will spend the Eid-el-Kabir holidays in Daura.
The festivities begin on Sunday. While in Daura, he is also scheduled to inaugurate some projects completed by the Katsina State Government.
State House sources informed The PUNCH that the President, who left Abuja after Juma’at prayers, would return on August 18.
Buhari will return just 24 hours before the retreat for ministers designate opens in Abuja.
He is expected to declare the session open.
The two-day retreat will wind down on August 20, while the ministers will be inaugurated on August 21.
