Sex Worker Ties Customer to a Cross as Part of Sexual Act and Sends His N*de Photos to His Bosses, Friends and Family

In a Dominatrix act gone sour, a man got more than he bargained for after he was tied to a cross and his n*de photos were snapped and sent to his family, friends and employee.

Sarah Smith, the Dominatrix

A 43-year old dominatrix named Sarah Smith, who sent explicit pictures of a supercar sales executive tied to a cross in a bondage playroom to his bosses was today, Friday, January 15, slammed with a restraining order in court.

A dominatrix screamed "There's no humanity left" when she was punished for sending explicit pictures of a supercar sales executive tied to a cross in a bondage playroom to his bosses, family and friends.

The 43-year-old put together a "character assassination" of him and sent it to his bosses, detailing how he enjoyed a "submissive sexual lifestyle" in the purple-coloured play room he had at his home, lined with sex toys.

She sobbed as she was today handed a restraining order preventing her from contacting him, as a judge warned her she could go to prison if she breached it.

Smith was also given 250 hours of unpaid community service following her conviction for stalking Mr White involving serious alarm, harassment and distress.

The court heard she first met Mr White, 47, when he paid Smith to be his "dominating mistress" so she visited his home in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, restrained him to a cross and caned him.

Jonathan an struck up a casual relationship but when Mr White dumped her, she slashed the tyres, soft top, shattered the windscreen and scratched the words 'GIMP' into the side panels of his 'pride and joy', a black Nissan 370z sports car.

The incident in November 2013 caused £6,800 worth of damage, but Smith - a carer by day - continued to pursue a 'vicious' form of harassment against Mr White, Salisbury Crown Court heard.

Over a nine month period, she bombarded him with emails and text messages, forcing Mr White to move jobs 150 miles away from his home to Peterborough after they split for a second time.

She also discovered 'distressing adult sites' where Mr White 'advertised himself as a prostitute', so an 'angry and irrational' Smith, of Bristol, set about informing his family and friends.

After telling Mr White's family, including ex-wife of 15 years Amanda, his brother, nephew and niece over Facebook because she feared he 'might hurt somebody', she sent nine brown envelopes to his new bosses at Radical Sportscars.

They told him: "You'd better have a look at these. These have been sent by someone who doesn't like you."

The envelopes contained a letter to staff, blog cuttings he wrote on BDSM community website collarspace.com , and a booking form he used to hire her on adultwork.com.

She also sent photos of him tied to a cross, surrounded by sex toys and whips, wearing a female corset, trousers and eye mask.

Another featuring Mr White showed him engaging in a 'Tug of War' - where his manhood was tied to another man's nipple by a piece of string.

There were also cuttings from local newspapers containing articles about fraud offences he was convicted of previously, jurors were told.

It pushed Mr White to the verge of a nervous breakdown and, following his suspension from work, he went to the police and begged: "Please help me."

Smith admitted her behaviour was 'irrational' but said she wanted to come clean about Mr White's "sexual deviance", added: "I didn't do it the right way but I did it for the right reasons.

"I was trying to protect the world from this man."

However, Simon Edwards, prosecuting, said they were "acts of malice" and "intrusions into his privacy", adding: "It was the ultimate humiliation, and not one he was meant to enjoy."

Judge Tim Mousley QC said he had to consider the effect her stalking had on Mr White, but Mr Edwards said: "When giving evidence he was able to express a degree of jocularity when discussing his own proclivity.

"It's been a rather cathartic experience."

Judge Mousley told Smith: "First of all I make a restraining order against you, meaning you will be restrained from contacting Mr White directly or indirectly under any circumstances.

"The order will remain in force indefinitely. If you were to breach that order in any way, you could find yourself in prison for up to five years.

"I have to consider whether it's necessary to send you to prison today because of the impact it had on Mr White but I have come to the conclusion that's not necessary today."
