The social media is buzzing with frenzy in a photo that has gone viral which shows President's Buhari looks as Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun shakes hand with Qatari minister.

Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun and Qatar’s Minister of Finance, Ali Shareef Al Emadi, signing the agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes Income Doha, Qatar. Behind them are President Muhammadu Buhari and the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hammad Al-Thani.

Just after the occasion of signing of a bilateral agreement with Qatar by the country's finance minister, Ali Shareef Al Emadi, and Nigeria's minister, Kemi Adeosun alongside President Muhammadu Buhari and the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hammad Al-Thani, the two finance ministers shook hands, but the look on President Buhari’s face during the exchange of handshake between the pair got many people talking.
