Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E) boss, Banky W, has shared a post-work out photo of him looking burned out on Instagram.

The R&B singer, who trains with his friend and celebrity fitness instructor, Uzikwendu, posted the picture on his Instagram with the caption:
