Church Bus Involved In Fatal Accident, Multiple Lives Lost On Aba-PH Road (Photo)

The bus fully loaded with passengers and cargo, was traveling from Umuahia to Aba when the incident happened.

Lives have been lost after a bus belonging to a church was involved in a fatal accident along the Aba-PH Express Highway.

The incident happened before Solace Mortuary near Ntigha Junction, claiming two lives and leaving several others injured.

ABN TV gathered that the Church of Christ bus, fully loaded with passengers and cargo, was traveling from Umuahia to Aba when the incident happened.

Two people lost their lives instantly, while two others were injured and are receiving medical attention. Miraculously, one passenger escaped unscathed. The remaining passengers were rushed to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Umuahia for treatment.

The cause of the accident is yet to be determined, but it serves as a reminder of the importance of road safety and the need for vigilance while driving.
