God Will Punish You For Beating Me - Married Woman Calls Out Husband For Domestic Abuse weeks After Celebrating 7th Anniversary

A Nigerian married woman, Evelyn Isaac, has accused her husband, Isaac Mefo, of domestic violence.

In a Facebook post on Sunday, February 9, 2025, the Uyo-based mother of two alleged that her husband physically assaulted her.

“God will punish you Isaac Mefo for beating me this afternoon. Have tolerated enough,” she wrote.

She further expressed her emotional distress, seeking strength and support from God.

“God, I need all the strength n love I could get at this point n I know U will do it for me,” she added.

The revelation has come as a shock to many, as the couple celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary just two months ago, in December 2024. In a heartfelt anniversary message at the time, Evelyn had expressed prayers for continued love and happiness in their home.

“Congratulations n happy wedding anniversary to me n mine. Wishing us more love n sweetness in our home. Happy 7years wedding anniversary to us my darling husband. It can only be God,” she wrote.
