EFCC Arrests 11 Suspected Internet Fraudsters In Niger

Eleven suspected internet fraudsters have been arrested by the Kaduna Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, in Niger State.

The anti-graft agency stated that the suspects were apprehended in broad daylight at White Hotel, Chanchangi Local Government Area in Niger State.

They were arrested following credible intelligence regarding their suspected involvement in fraudulent internet activities.

Two vehicles and 13 mobile phones of different brands were recovered from them.

“The suspects will be charged to court upon conclusion of investigations,” the agency added.
