Senator Confirms Some Military Officers And Leaders Are Collaborating With Boko Haram

 

A Nigerian senator has made it clear that some Nigerian military officers and politicians are secretly collaborating with terrorist group Boko Haram.

 

The lawmaker gave the confirmation in a video posted on X (formerly Twitter) by user @chude__.

 

According to the senator, findings suggest that elements within the military and leadership circles are working with Boko Haram to undermine national security.

 

He stated: “The recent resurgence of Boko Haram has been investigated, revealing that certain interests, including some military personnel, are collaborating with these terrorists. The governor of Borno state made a statement—we need to find out the rationale behind it.”
