A 36-year-old Nigerian national has been apprehended in Gauteng, South Africa, on charges of drug possession.
The Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD) Drug Unit arrested the suspect during a drug bust on Friday, July 11, 2025.
In a statement on Saturday, July 12, TMPD stated that the drugs have an estimated street value of R10,000.
"On Friday, 11 July 2025, The TMPD Drug Unit members arrested a 36-year-old Nigerian national in Centurion for possession and dealing in drugs," the statement read.
“The suspect was found in possession of crystal meth and CAT with an estimated street value of R10,000.”
