You Did Not Allow Me To Suffer - Emotional Video Of Elderly Woman Paying Tribute To Late Husband At His Lying-In-State Goes Viral

A video capturing an elderly Nigerian woman paying a heartfelt tribute to her late husband during his lying-in-state ceremony has been circulating widely on social media.

The woman who couldn't back her tears, stood by her late husband's coffin as she expressed her sadness at losing him.

While paying tribute to him, the bereaved woman mentioned that her husband never allowed her to suffer. 

She said he took care of her and their children and was a good man to her. 

‘’You did not allow me to suffer at all. You loved me, you loved your children. You cared for me, you cared for your children.

"I will never, never forget you. My dear Dayo, Goodbye. I will come to meet you. Thank you! You took proper care of me.

"You fed me, gave proper education to your children. ‘’ she said while tearing up

The video has elicited reactions on social media with many saying that her late husband must have been very good to her.
