The NDLEA Edo State Command arrested 42 suspected drug dealers and seized over 271 kilograms of illegal drugs in September 2026.
Of the 42 people picked up, 22 are women and 20 are men.
The command has also declared Gospel Mudiaga Odeh, known as Omega, wanted.
He ran away during a raid and left his black Toyota Matrix behind.
Officers found drugs and cash inside the car and took them.
State Commander Mitchell Ofoyeju shared the monthly report.
He said the agency will keep looking for Omega until he is caught and taken to court.
He also said he is worried about the growing number of women getting into drug trafficking in the state.
In total, the command seized about 9,520 kilograms of drugs during the month.
Most of that came from 10 cannabis farms that were destroyed.
The rest included cannabis, psychotropic substances and methamphetamine.
Officers also seized 62.6 litres of codeine syrup.
The command won three convictions and has 83 cases still ongoing.
It also counselled 28 people struggling with drug dependence and trained them in tailoring, embroidery and liquid soap making to help them return to normal life.
Ofoyeju says the fight will continue and he is asking the public and other stakeholders to help.
