Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State has been embroiled in a religion-centred brouhaha concerning the dressing of school pupils a few days ago.

It would be recalled that a court in Osun state, south-west Nigeria authorized Islamic students to wear hijabs to school in addition to their conventional school uniforms which has infuriated the Christian folks.

The Christian students are currently rocking choir robes to school thereby attracting the wrath of the governor who yesterday threatened to expel the Christian students.

The leadership newspaper today has introduced a new dimension to the story with an ' African traditional religion' practising student dressing according to his faith.
