I Married My Husband Without Courtship - Muma Gee Reveals

Popular singer, Muma Gee, who is married to Nollywood actor Prince Eke, has revealed that contrary to popular practice, they didn't court.

In a recent interview, the singer admitted that though it was a huge risk, it paid off eventually as they've been married now for four years and blessed with twins - a boy and girl.

"We never dated; we got married straight away", she told VANGUARD.

On if she was prepared to take such a risk, she said, "I had met with several suitors before he came along but my instincts urged me to give him a chance. At some point, I told him if the whole thing was a gimmick to bed me, he was on a wrong mission. Then, he promised we wouldn't have sex until we were married. That gave me the confidence and conviction to say he was somewhat different from others".

On what attracted her to her husband, who she first met at a popular Church in Lagos, the Kade Queen, born Gift Iyumame Uwame, said "I was attracted to his personality and at once, I felt he was good for me".
