Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has an uncanny passion for the erection of statues for prominent individuals and he isn't stopping soon despite his tenure end being near.
The new statue
All Progressives Congress chieftain, Rochas Okorocha has swiftly started the erection of another statue as his tenure nears an end in May, 2019.
Rumours have it that the statue belongs to President Muhammadu Buhari who Okorocha has always admired.
The Governor of Imo failed to install his son-in-law, Uche Nwosu as his successor and the seat was won by Emeka Ihedioha of the main opposition party - Peoples Democratic Party.
There are rumours that Okorocha has erected over 10 statues in the state in the last two years.
