Five hours behind the scheduled time for resumption of collation of result for the just concluded rerun election in Kano state, the result of Gama ward is still delaying the exercise.
Gama, a densely populated ward with over 40,000 votes spread among 62 polling units is the darling ward to both All Progressives Congress (APC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) respectively.
It would be recalled that the March 9 gubernatorial election in the state was declared inconclusive following a violence at Nassarawa local government collation centre while Gama results is being collated.
