Man Robs Armored Money Truck of $500,000 Dressed as Security Guard Without a Gun (Video)

 

A robber achieved fame and left security men biting their thumbs after he successfully managed to steal more than half a million dollars from a money truck by dressing as a security guard outside the Greektown Casino, police in Michigan said.

 

The witty robber did not use any weapon nor did he threaten anybody as he made away with the money. The Detroit Police Department said that they are looking for information that will lead to the arrest of the robber.

 

Police investigators revealed that the man approached a Loomis armored truck that was parked at the intersection of Beaubien and Monroe around 8:30 a.m. on Friday and approached the rear of the vehicle, took bags of money and fled. There were no injuries and the incident is under investigation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) informed newsmen.
