The Nigerian police have declared a man wanted for allegedly stealing 89 cows in Akwa Ibom.

"Beware ! Wanted for stealing 89 cows in Akwa ibom state.If seen report to the nearest police station please" Bayelsa Police said on Tuesday, July 27.
