Bayo Onanuga
Journalist and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bayo Onanuga, has said that Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the 2023 election, Atiku Abubakar, should allow President Tinubu govern in peace.
Onanuga made this known after the registrar of Chicago State University, Caleb Westberg, said the school was bombarded daily with many enquiries about its former student, Tinubu.
Speaking during the deposition done on Tuesday, Westberg said the school receives between five and 30 enquiries daily about Tinubu.
He, however, said at no time did the school notify Tinubu about the flood of enquiries, adding that Bola Tinubu, who attended CSU, is the same person as Nigeria’s current president.
Reacting to this, Onanuga, in a post via X, said Atiku has nothing to use to remove Tinubu as the elected president of Nigeria.
He also urged the former vice president to allow Tinubu to govern the country peacefully.
He wrote: “Caleb Westberg, registrar of Chicago State University, has completed the oral deposition on President Bola Tinubu’s documents at the university. Again, just like the preceding documents, Atiku got nothing to use to remove Tinubu as the elected President of Nigeria. I hope he will now allow Tinubu to govern in peace.”
