A Nigerian man, Osagie Ezekiel, has opined that someone who is 17 years old is no longer a minor.

According to him, 15-year-old girls in his city are standing on the road at night and engaging in commercial s3x.

He stated this on Thursday, October 12, 2023, after an X user accused a Kwara varsity lecturer of demanding s3x from a 17-year-old 100-level student in return for marks.
