Super Eagles Winger, Samuel Chukwueze Gets a Hero's Welcome From His Teammates at AC Milan After AFCON (Video)

 

Super Eagles winger, Samuel Chukwueze has been celebrated by his club, AC Milan after his return from the African Cup of Nations.

 

He was given a hero's welcome by players and coaches on Wednesday in Italy.

 

A video shared on the club's Instagram account captured the moment Chukwueze was greeted by his teammates including Portuguese star Rafael Leao as he showed up at the club's training ground.

 

Chukwueze left Milan for international duty on January 2 after playing against Cagliari in the Coppa Italia.

 

At the AFCON tournament, the 24-year-old featured in five of Nigeria’s seven games.

 

The Super Eagles of Nigeria settled for the silver medal after their 2 - 1 defeat to Ivory Coast in the AFCON final clash.
