Striking workers have grounded activities at the National Assembly.
This followed the indefinite strike declared by the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC and the Trade Union Congress, TUC.
The second gate to the complex has been blocked with two 16-seater buses.
Also the gate to annex building which would have been the alternative entrance for workers was blocked with officials of both unions on ground to implement and monitor the strike.
Workers of the National Assembly who were denied entrance could be seen in clusters discussing the development.
Effort by DAILY POST to speak with some identified officials of both Unions failed as they claimed to lacking powers to speak with the press.
They advised journalists to contact presidents of both unions to attend to their inquiries
