Organised Labour Calls Off Strike

The nationwide strike embarked by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) has been called off.
Channels Television reported that the strike was called off by the TUC president Festus Osifo.
Osifo called off the strike on Tuesday in Abuja.
A communique will be issued shortly, the labour chief said.
