Yesufu, reacting to criticisms on social media insisted that nation building is not “a romantic affair”.
Co-convener of the defunct BringBackOurGirls movement, Aisha Yesufu has revealed she's joining forces with former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai.
She opened up on why she's supporting the coalition despite the enmity that existed between them.
Yesufu, reacting to criticisms on social media insisted that nation building is not “a romantic affair”.
According to her, El-Rufai has a nuisance value that will be useful as they attempt to remove President Bola Tinubu from power in 2027.
Yesufu wrote on X: “Nasir El Rufai @elrufai has a nuisance value: his anger and vindictiveness, and you think I will not use that?
“Let me laugh in 3D!!!!!!
“You think Nation building is a romantic affair? I am okay with looking bad while you look good.”
