WAFCON: Super Falcons Star, Oshoala Honoured By NWSL Club Bay FC

National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) side, Bay FC, has celebrated Asisat Oshoala for her outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s successful campaign at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

Oshoala was honoured at the Paypal Park ahead of Bay FC’s clash with San Diego Wave.

The 30-year-old scored once in five appearances for Nigeria at the WAFCON 2024 finals.

The forward’s only goal came in the Super Falcons first game against Tunisia which they won 3-0.

Oshoala has won the WAFCON title four times with the Super Falcons.

She has scored 37 goals in 61 appearances appearances for Nigeria.
