The Lagos state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab has begged the public to help him identify a young lady caught on tape dumping refuse on the road.

This comes after an X user who saw her committing the offense, said she claimed to be the daughter of an officer, implying that nothing would happen to her.
