Nollywood has lost one of its veterans, Sir Ozor Akubueze, who reportedly died on Friday after a protracted illness.

The Nigerian film industry is in mourning following the death of one of its own, Sir Ozor Akubueze on Friday.

The veteran actor was said to have died in Enugu following a protracted illness.

An executive of the Actors Guild of Nigeria confirmed the passing away of Akubueze to Nigeriafilms.com on Saturday afternoon.

May his soul rest in peace.
