A new approach for people who are suffering from premature ejaculation can be of great help to many as a s*x therapist proffers three important tips that can help men last longer in bed.
Many men suffer from this worrisome condition. According to
The Sun UK, a s*x expert who has managed to overcome his issues with Premature Ejaculation, has shared his three top tips for lasting longer in the sack.
Ian Kerner became a s*x therapist after curing himself of his problem, and went on to write a book about pleasing women in bed, titled ‘She Comes First’.
He wrote: “Through much of my life I’ve suffered from sexual dysfunction, and I know all too well the humiliation, anxiety and despair of not being able to satisfy a woman.”
Here are Ian’s three methods for mastering longer sex-sessions.
1. Master the mini-orgasm
In an article for Men’s Health, Ian explains that men should “practice masturbating nearly to the point of ejaculation, and then stop”.
He adds that guys will be able to tell they’ve reached the mini-orgasm phase because they will experience one or two small pelvic contractions – but won’t fully ejaculate.
Once familiar with this method, it’s time to use it during s*x to ease the tension mid-bonk – allowing you to last longer without ejaculating.
2. Make your penis a s*x toy
Ian reckons that perpendicular s*x positions, that allow guys to stimulate a woman’s clitoris without penetration, are favourable.
He said: “As you each lie on your side facing each other, create a 90-degree angle between your shaft and her vulva.
“Instead of penetrating, press your shaft lengthwise against her clitoris and gently move it back and forth.”
3. Try using a numbing spray
If all else fails, try purchasing a numbing spray – these delay ejaculation and can increase bedroom lasting power by up to two minutes.
One study even found that men could for as long as 11 minutes after a few sprays.
