Two lawmakers of the South-south part of Nigeria yesterday in the hysteria of the moment shook hands in an odd way that has raised eyebrows.

Senate Minority Leader and People's Democratic Party chieftain, Godswill Akpabio yesterday seemed excited about the inauguration of his All Progressives Congress counterpart, Magnus Abe yesterday at the red chamber.

The former Akwa Ibom governor rushed to the Rivers State representative to salute him on his stunning victory at the Rivers re-run election.

The handshake which looks so 'youthful' has become an object of discussion on social media.

"Magnus Abe, you are the true Lion Killer. You are strong man, you are a model to be emulated" Akpabio reportedly said.
