Men Can Be Victims Too - Peter Okoye Campaigns Against Domestic Violence

Peter Okoye of P-Square fame, has come out in support of men, who are victims of domestic violence.

His vocal support against domestic violence comes on the heels of claims by Cool FM OAP, Daddy Freeze that he was physically abused by his former wife while they were still married.

Peter took to Instagram yesterday, July 21, 2015 to post a photo of himself rocking a tee-shirt with the words 'stop domestic violence' and a map of Africa boldly emblazoned in the front.

The father of two captioned the photo: "Men can be victims too. Women are not the only victims of Domestic violence and Abuse. Men also suffer Domestic Abuse - especially verbal and emotional Abuse - and may be even more ashamed to seek help… #StopDomesticViolence #1love #MyMessageForToday".

He also wrote "A house where a woman is unsafe is not a Home. #STOP#StopDomesticViolence#MyMessageForToday".
