Rosie Evans-Foster, a 19-year-old man has been arrested on a suspicion of child abduction after a girl, 14, was found inside his van.
According to Metro UK, Rosie Evans-Foster was reported missing on Friday.
She had last been seen getting into a van near the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth at around 9pm.
Three days later she was found in a VW van which matched the description of the one she was seen getting into.
Police said a 19-year-old man from Surrey has been arrested on suspicion of child abduction and drug driving.
A spokesman for Hampshire Police said: ‘We’re pleased to say 14-year-old missing Portsmouth girl Rosie Evans-Foster has now been located safe and well.’
‘Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal.’
