It was an ocean of tears yesterday at the burial ceremony of the late APC gubernatorial candidate, Abubakar Audu who died while leading the Kogi polls.

The young and old in Kogi state went into tears as Prince Audu Abubakar, the All Progressive Congress governorship candidate in last Saturday's governorship election in Kogi state was laid to rest after the shocking news of his death on Sunday, 22nd of November.

Efforts were made to resurrect him by a prayer man but it failed. APC in Kogi is currently preparing for a life after him with his running mate, Hon. Abiodun Faleke tipped to replace him.
