A couple were left embarrassed after a group of kids found them having s*x in public and reported them to the police.
The Sun reports that Raymond Dowson and partner Louise Las who have now been dragged to court deny a charge of outraging public decency.
The Middlesbrough pair will now stand trial over claims they had s*x in public following their first court appearance yesterday.
Teesside Magistrates’ Court heard prosecution claims that a group of children – some as young as five – found the pair romping at around 7pm on May 2.
It was claimed the pair fled after they were challenged about their alleged alfresco antics.
Las, 33, and Dowson, 31, both of Longford Street, Ayresome, were granted unconditional bail ahead of their next appearance at Teesside Magistrates’ Court on October 17.
