Horror! Woman Sets Up a Camera to Film Her Empty Bedroom... What She Captures Will Leave You Speechless

A woman who left a camera in her room to catch any unusual occurrences, has found something really scary afterwards.

A bone-chilling video making the round online has sent shivers through the spines of viewers after accidentally capturing something truly haunting.

In the terrifying video, YouTube star Marissa Rachel attempts to film a video blog in her bedroom.

At one point, the 20-year-old presenter, from California, leaves the room but the camera continues to record.

She later returned and continued to shoot her video – and it wasn’t until she watched the footage back that the noticed something creepy.

The viral footage was posted to her page – gaining more than 884,000 views.

Marissa explains that the camera had slowly fallen forwards, something that does occasionally occur thanks to the heavy lens.

But as the camera tipped downwards, it focused on the bottom of the blogger’s bed and a tiny childlike hand on the floor.

Suddenly, the hand jolts backwards and disappears under Marisa’s bed.

“I was really creeped out,” Marissa tells viewers. “I feel like since watching that footage I don’t sleep very well.

“It’s really creepy how it's affected my sleeping schedule and my mindset of how my room is haunted now.”

Viewers were suitable creeped out by the clip, with many giving the social media star tips on how to get rid of ghosts.

“Just move house, I would be so scared I would pass out if I were you," one viewer said.

Another commented: “Omg, that seriously just gave me chills. I probably wouldn't be able to sleep for a year.”

While a third said: “It could have been a mouse, but then it doesn't look like a mouse, it genuinely looks like a hand, so creepy.”
