Davido Reacts As Oyetola Defeats His Uncle, Senator Adeleke At Appeal Court

 

Following Appeal Court decision authenticating Gboyega Oyetola as the Governor of Osun State, Davido has broken his silence.

 

Recall that Davido had asked Nigerians to pray for his uncle to win today's judgement, but since it went against him, the musician believes it is not over yet.

 

Taking to his social media page, he shared the image below and wrote: “delay is not denial”.

 

 

The Appeal Court sitting in Osun state ruled in favor of Osun state Governor, Gboyega Oyetola, in the Osun 2018 governorship elections.

 

The election petition tribunal had earlier ruled in favour of Senator Ademola Adeleke.

 

The judgment which was delivered by Justice Hannatu Sankey set aside the entire proceedings of the Tribunal because of its “faulty composition”. The judgment was upheld by four justices of the five-man panel.
